Super Simple 3-Step Process

You've Got One Life - Live it With a Smile!

Step 1: Free Consultation

Everything begins with a free consultation with a 3 on 6™ certified doctor. They will take scans of your mouth which they will use to determine if you are a candidate for the 3 on 6™.

At this initial consultation, they will also go over payment and financing options with you and determine if and when you would like to begin treatment.

Step 2: Implants & Temps

At the following appointment, the implant surgery will take place. Multiple sedation options are often available, including being asleep with general anesthesia. You will wake up with implants and beautiful teeth in your mouth.

After this surgery, the implants will need to heal for anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Our dental lab will use scans of your teeth or pre-designed models to design your final smile. You will have input on the design including the shade of the teeth.

Step 3: Final Bridges

After healing, you may need a second set of temporary teeth to perfectly dial in your smile, otherwise, our in-house 3 on 6™ dental lab will create your final zirconia bridges. In your final appointment, the doctor will place your zirconia bridges (no anesthesia necessary) and ensure that your smile meets all of your expectations.

Your new 3 on 6™ smile will be beautiful and permanent. You don't have to ever remove it and can maintain it with simple brushing and flossing. You can smile, speak, kiss, and chew with confidence!

Meet your Doctor

Dr. Randy Roberts

Dr. Randy Roberts is a distinguished dental surgeon and the visionary behind the revolutionary 3 on 6™ full-mouth restoration procedure, which has transformed modern dentistry. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Roberts returned to Utah, where he co-founded the Utah Smile Clinic and began offering comprehensive dental services.

In 2014, Dr. Roberts placed the first 3 on 6™, a groundbreaking procedure he developed to address the limitations of existing full-mouth restoration methods like All-on-4. Unlike traditional approaches that often require bone removal and include artificial pink gums, the 3 on 6™ uses three zirconia bridges supported by six dental implants. This technique preserves the natural bone structure, offers superior hygiene, and provides patients with a smile that looks and functions like natural teeth.

In 2019, he helped found Smile Systems to bring this innovative treatment to patients nationwide. As the Chief Dental Officer and Head of Research, he continues to refine dental procedures, focusing on aesthetics, durability, and patient-centered care. Through the Smile Systems Institute, he trains dentists worldwide in the 3 on 6™ technique, ensuring that more patients can benefit from this life-changing procedure. Adding to his education, Dr. Roberts also received an ALM from Harvard University.

Dr. Roberts is not only a pioneer in his field but also a devoted husband and father. Whether advancing dental care or spending time with his loved ones, Dr. Roberts is dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of others.
